Fully Facilitated Program

Landscape Impact Program takes groups of farmers (usually 10) and a nominated Working Team (usually 5) through a process to define, test and launch a landscape-scale, stacked, environmental transaction, based on long-term goals for a regenerative agricultural landscape.

Define

What interventions make sense economically and environmentally in this landscape?

Test

What do the experts say and how to customers respond to the local stack of interventions

Iterate

Can you articulate farmer-facing and customer-facing benefits of doing the interventions at scale

Launch

Open a transaction to the market of farmers and customers.  Share the Landscape Story

Who is this for?

A Fully Facilitated Program is run directly by Regen Farmers Mutual executive team.  It includes additional services that go beyond producing content and meeting on a weekly basis.  Groups get support in forming, organising, funding and taking operational their idea.  This is of benefit to landscapes where the funding organisation hasn't identified the farmers, working team or outcomes they want to test ahead of time.  It is the "top-shelf" service for Regen Farmers Mutual.

Locally Facilitated Program

Locally Facilitated Landscape Impact Programs assume a organisation is taking a local group of farmers through the process to define, test and launch a landscape-scale, stacked, environmental transaction, based on long-term goals for a regenerative agricultural landscape.  Locally Facilitated programs includes the introductions to buyers, content, weekly-meetings and the underlying technical support, but are much cheaper because the costs of local facilitation, payments to the working team and engagement with stakeholders is managed locally by the local organisation and not managed directly by Regen Farmers Mutual executive team.
