Located on Hughes Creek the G2G group aims to create biodiversity corridors from the highlands to the plains.

Located at the NSW-QLD border and at the top of the Clarence River.  The project provides connection and habitat and improves water-holding.

Located in Southern Tablelands NSW the North-South Box Gum Woodland corridor intersects with existing K2W corridor.

Located West of Stanthorpe, the project is protecting and restoring Box Gum Woodlands between remnant areas.

Located around the converging rivers of the Murray Delta.  The project creates hydrated biolinks between wetlands.

Located in Northern Victoria, the Windharp Project is linking rivers via riparian zones and restoring the critically endangered Buloke.
